    Ranganathan’s Five Laws of Library Science are applicable to all fields of library activities. Now we have entered into digital era. Information Technology is the only solution to manage all types of information which is growing rapidly. Information professionals as well as users are handling information technology. Inspite of multidimensional development in different area of library work and service and their enrichment with the application of modern technology Five Laws of Library Science are equally applicable till date, since its inception.
