In this paper addresses the newly emerging paradigm of scientific knowledge distribution and collaboration. This is based on the particular area of knowledge collaboration in the libraries, academic areas, including knowledge sharing and technology transfer. The proposed views of the Knowledge Portal for the Library Information Services in virtual research, collaborative environments for other areas of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
