| dc.description.abstract | The management and preservation of AV(AV) materials in TV(TV) media is a less touched area of Library & Information Science. This paper discusses the management and preservation system of AV materials of 9 (Nine) selected TV media libraries of North Eastern Region. The tape formats used, staff strength, accessioning, classification, cataloguing, automation, preservation techniques etc. are discussed.
