| dc.description.abstract | In the IT era, academic libraries and information centers have radically changed the information environment. Higher education institutions started subscribing to electronic resources to meet the user’s requirements and expectation. The main aim of this survey is to understand student’s usage of Internet and computer technology, their experience with technology and their aptitudes and expectation about technology resources and identify areas for improvement of services.
