This study focused on the impact of e-learning on achievement motivation and academic performance. E-learning has been revealed in this study a positive impact on achievement motivation and academic performance contrary to the expectations of this study. The paper also examines the data for the presence of interaction effects of e-learning study on male, female and socio-economic characteristics.
