They need some kinds of assistance to lead a so-called normal life. There are many kinds of disabilities. Amongst them, this paper studies the accessibility of documents by the visually impaired students in a university environment. The things we do without batting an eyelid, they find it difficult to study a simple text. They are called print-disabled person - a person having difficulty in reading printed document due to some physical or visual disability. In this context a case study has been prepared for the Accessible Library for Persons with Disabilities, Jadavpur University.
