Abstract
The World Wide Web which has emerged as a powerful tool for publishing and access to information is being seen as the future medium for the document delivery in the context of libraries. This article explores the aspects of the way in which Web functions as a medium of document delivery that could have great significance for its use in the world wide delivery of documents.
